On occasion we will receive items back from customers that have been opened, installed or we have had a handling mishap in the warehouse. So we offer these items to our customers a discounts even lower than our cost. Most will show scratches or dents that do not affect the safety or function of the item but are only cosmetic and may or may not be visible . All parts are included but may not be in the original packaging and still carry the manufacturers warranty. All scratch and dent items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
