How to Determine VESA Interface. To know if your monitor or TV conforms, remove your stand (if necessary) and look for inserts in a 4  or 6 hole pattern conforming to the pattern below. The threaded inserts  are usually located in the middle of the Monitor. You may have to remove the stand or remove the plastic cover panels.
