Pinpoint Marketing, Inc. will not disclose your personal
information to any outside organization for its
use in marketing. Information regarding you
(such as name, address and phone number) or your
order and the products you purchase will not be
given or sold to any outside organization for
its use in marketing or solicitation.

Payment
Methods:
We accept major credit
cards including, Visa, and MasterCard. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make
purchases with Pinpoint Marketing Inc. Please be sure
to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number your credit card bank has on
file for you. Incorrect information may cause
a delay in processing your order.

Return
Policy:
Defective
or incorrect products may be
returned for replacement in the
following manner: Returns Request must be made
within 15 days of the invoice date. You must
contact our sales dept by email for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). please
use this link:
RMA
request In your request please give
the original order number, Invoice number
and invoice date and the product you wish to
return and the reason for the return. No
returns, of any type, will be accepted without
an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only
one (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for
10 days and all returns must be received within
10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are
responsible for shipping costs of all returns
(unless it was a shipping error on our
part). If it is agreed that a refund will
be given for your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be
processed and credited to your credit card account
less original shipping charges and/or handling
charge. If your order was shipped with
"FREE SHIPPING" your actual shipping charges
will be deducted from the refund. In order to receive a
refund or replacement, all items
returned must be in "as-new"
condition if the product is not returned in "as-new"
condition, a minimum of 15% will be deducted
from your refund. All products must be returned
in outer shipping carton as originally shipped.
A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must
be included and the RMA number visible on the
package. Any discrepancies could result in a
delay of your refund or additional charges.

Sales Tax:
Pinpoint Marketing, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold
the 9.25% sales tax for orders to be delivered
to addresses within Tennessee. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
state. |
